The ILM suite of qualifications are designed to equip learners with the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding to allow them to perform in the workplace effectively and competently in relation to their job roles within the scope of team leaders, first line, middle and senior managers. The equivalent of a second year Bachelor Degree, the Level 5 Diploma provides the methods and skills to address complex management problems.
What does the qualification cover?
Learners are required to complete the four mandatory units, plus a minimum of 15 credits from the optional units. At least one of the optional units must be at level 5.
